When the perishable has been clothed

with the imperishable, and the mortal with 

immortality, then the saying that is written will come true:

"Death has been swallowed up in victory."

"Where, O death, is your victory?

Where, O death, is your sting?"

The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

But thanks be to God!

He gives us the victory through 

our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:54-57 

Death does not have to defeat. Death is not powerful. Death is not depressing. Death is not limiting. Death is not final...for the believer.

As Jesus was raised from the dead, so shall we be.

Are you on Victory Hill?

FROM A PURE STAND

...FOR US!

But he was pierced for our transgressions,

he was crushed for our iniquities;

the punishment that brought us peace

was upon him,

and by his wounds we are healed.

Isaiah 53:5

Walking in grace, we acknowledge Christ dying for our sins. By the enabling power of the Holy Spirit, we declare Jesus is the Son of God.

Greater love has no one than this,

that one lay down his life for his friends.

John 15:13

Jesus could have called ten thousand angels to rescue him. But he willingly went to the cross FOR YOU AND ME! 

We have hope as we commit our praises and concerns to God through Jesus in prayer.

His love causes us to walk in hope.
