THE LONG SKIP HOME is a Christian upper middle grade fantasy debut novel written and illustrated by Lisa Belknap. Discouraged from school, the world, and her own mistakes, twelve-year-old Lily Lightfoot retreats to the woods in search of help to obey one of God’s difficult commands–to love enemies.
